People of the Web-Universe,
The world is a very different place now than it was in late August of 1996. In early 96' my venturing into the construction industry had begun. Back then, the idea of marketing and using websites and blogs was reserved for only the seediest business opportunity.
The blogosphere was merely a place for emotional teenagers to complain about their teachers and parents. Twittering, or to Twitter wasn't even a word.
Flash to late 2009. Here I am, selling a fantastic product. My own line of all-wood framed cabinetry. In the last year, I've expanded from one store, into three stores spread throughout the state of Florida, with production and shipping capabilities that make it possible for me to sell my cabinets throughout the United States.
For awhile now, I've been providing much of South Florida with granite and cabinet kitchen combinations. I feature my own line of framed all-wood cabinetry priced literally half of all big box stores.
So then I had to ask myself. How do I bring myself forward into creating a national company with national hopes and national dreams and national customer service? Where do I even begin?
How can I make sure that as I grow, my customer service stays the same or even improves?
How can I keep the type of personal relationship with my customers and network of builders when it becomes physically impossible for me to personally shake all of their hands?
Where will I be able to receive the kinds of immediate feedback I currently cherish so much?
The answer, any nine year old in America would be able to tell me.
The Internet.
So here it begins. Enjoy our new website with a more customer friendly design and leave as much comments or feedback with me as possible. Also, please feel free to check back from time to time to check out new content and updates regarding the some of our great products.

Really want feedback on your company? I contracted with your company for kitchen cabinets and countertops to be installed Dec. 2nd 2010 - it's Jan. 3rd 2011 and and installation still has not been completed. Glass cabinet doors still have not been installed, moldings have not been installed, drawers don't work and aren't aligned - I could go on and on. Communication with your staff is non-existent - they don't return phone calls and don't call when they say they will. Totally negative experience.
